AUPWIT has completed its participation in ALUMINIUM 2026, held from October 6 to 8 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. From Booth 6G01 in Hall 6, the team presented its metal-processing equipment — metal balers, briquetting presses, industrial shredders, and centrifugal de-oilers — to visitors from Europe, the Middle East, and India.
The biennial ALUMINIUM show is the aluminium industry’s flagship event, drawing around 21,000 visitors from 100 nations at its previous edition. This year, Hall 6 hosted the show’s dedicated Sustainability & Recycling Area, a zone built around circular-economy technologies and lower-carbon production. AUPWIT’s booth sat inside that zone — the same floor as the recycling conversation itself.
Inside Booth 6G01
The AUPWIT booth was built around two things: working equipment and somewhere to talk about it. Live machines stood across the front of the booth, and a seated discussion area sat directly behind them, so visitors could move from looking at a machine to a working conversation without leaving the stand.
Over three days, that discussion area stayed busy. AUPWIT’s engineers and sales team met processors from across Europe, the Middle East, and India — recyclers, steel mills, and fabrication plants running aluminium, copper, and steel scrap. Most conversations followed the same pattern: start from the customer’s material and process, then work toward the equipment category that fits
For buyers evaluating a new line or a single machine, the booth offered a practical starting point: see four equipment types in one visit, then compare configurations against their own material flow and site layout.
What AUPWIT Showed
AUPWIT displayed four equipment types from its scrap-processing portfolio. Each one addresses a different point in the metal-chip and scrap handling chain:
Metal briquetting presses (Y85-50, Y85-160SC). The briquetting presses on display compact aluminium, copper, and steel turnings, shavings, and chips into high-density blocks without binders. For processors, that raises furnace recovery rates and turns loose, oily scrap into a material that is easier to handle and worth more at the furnace. Visitors could compare two configurations side by side: the Y85-50 with its vertical, dual-station layout, and the Y85-160SC identified by its dual discharge outlets.
Metal balers. AUPWIT’s fully automatic metal balers use hydraulic compression to turn loose scrap metal into high-density bales. For steel mills, recycling yards, and manufacturing plants, that means less storage space and lower logistics costs on every tonne shipped.
Industrial shredders. The industrial shredders in the lineup reduce material volume before baling or briquetting. They help standardize feed size and improve downstream processing — the step that decides how smoothly everything after it runs.
Centrifugal de-oilers. The centrifugal de-oilers recover and purify cutting fluids from metal chips. For facilities running oily chips, this step reduces fluid waste and supports fluid reuse in the plant.
Briquette samples sat on the booth’s sample wall — the finished output visitors could hold, weigh, and compare against their own scrap.
Who Stopped By
Three days of conversations brought recyclers, steel mills, and fabrication plants to Booth 6G01. The booth’s customer and certification walls gave visitors additional context mid-conversation: logos including Coca-Cola, Sinochem, FAW, Geely, NIO, Toyota, Nissan, and Conch on one side, and CE, ISO 9001:2015, SGS, intertek, and CMRA certifications on the other. The banners above them carried the export footprint behind those names: 19 years of export experience, 145+ exporting countries, and a 15,000㎡ factory.
What Comes Next
The show is over, but the technical discussions can continue. Companies evaluating AUPWIT equipment for their own chips or scrap can contact the team to arrange a factory visit, discuss a sample test, or review a suitable machine configuration. When you get in touch, include your material type, capacity target, and preferred meeting time — that is what the team asks for, and it makes the first reply useful.
