Fluid Recovery and Dewatering

AUPWIT briquetting presses compress and dewater metal swarf in a single process. During compression, cutting fluids and coolants are squeezed out and collected for reuse, with recovery rates up to 97% and briquettes that are up to 99% dry. This is especially valuable for wet chips and grinding sludge, where traditional gravity draining leaves significant fluid residue.
