2. Before the metal baler works, start the equipment idling for 1-3 minutes, and check whether the oil level in the fuel tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons are leaking.
3. When the package is turned over, the handle of the cover cylinder is pulled to the return position, and then the handle of the package is pushed. The surroundings of the package turning board should be cleaned up every time the package is turned over to prevent jamming.
4. When packing, the operator must pay attention to safety, spread the materials evenly and in place, and close the lid of the box before the packing can be started.
5. When packing, the hydraulic operating handle should be quickly pushed to the specified position to prevent the valve from being blocked and the hydraulic oil flow is not enough, causing the motor to over current. Every action is in place, the valve handle needs to be restored to the neutral position.
6. When stopping, close the door cover, then stop the motor and cut off the power supply.
7. After packing, all hydraulic rods must be retracted into the hydraulic cylinder to prevent dust from damaging the sealing ring and oil leakage.
8. Do regular maintenance work, and find the oil leaking place in the oil pipe and immediately find the machine to repair it.
9. If an abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the operation can be carried out after removing the cause.
10. After the box cover door is opened, it is strictly forbidden to press the door to prevent accidents.
11. The oil in the oil tank must be strictly filtered, and sufficient oil should always be maintained. The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced every six months.
12. Each lubrication place of the equipment should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required, and the debris in the cavity should be cleaned once per shift.
13. When multiple people operate at the same time, the division of labor should be clear to avoid the danger of misoperation. Those who do not understand the main machine structure, performance and operating procedures are not allowed to start the machine without authorization.
14. The machine should stop immediately when there is a serious oil leak or an abnormal phenomenon occurs during work. Do not look at the place where the oil is sprayed, do not directly remove the blockage with your hands, and do not force the operation with disease.
15. When the machine is running or packing, it is forbidden to repair or touch the moving parts by hand, and it is strictly forbidden to press materials in the bin with hands or feet.
