Recently, we completed a new customer order for Italy, marking the debut of our dual-shaft shredder and briquetting machine. This shipment includes two integrated units specially designed to meet the customer’s production requirements for aluminum chip processing.
Unlike traditional setups that require separate machines, this solution combines a dual-shaft shredder and a briquetting machine into one system. The integration simplifies the process, reduces floor space, and ensures smoother operation. The shredder efficiently reduces the size of long aluminum chips, preparing them for the briquetting stage.
The briquetting section of the machine compresses long aluminum chips into compact 70mm diameter briquettes. With a production capacity of 100 kg per hour, the system helps customers recycle aluminum more effectively, reducing storage and transportation costs while also adding value to scrap material.
To further improve efficiency, the system is equipped with a briquetting elevator, which automates chip feeding and reduces the need for manual labor. The compact design makes it particularly well-suited for workshops and factories with medium-volume long-chip briquetting needs where space optimization is important.
This shipment represents more than just a machinery delivery—it supports sustainable metal recycling practices. By converting loose aluminum chips into dense briquettes, Italian customers will be able to streamline their waste management, improve material handling, and contribute to circular economy efforts in the metalworking industry.
With these two units now on their way to Italy, we are proud to expand our presence in the European market. This successful project reflects our commitment to delivering customized, efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions for hydraulic and metalworking applications worldwide.
